CABS have carried out numerous contracts throughout the UK using the environmentally friendly DOFF and TORC Media Blast systems. These cleaning systems can work on any substrate and combined, provide the ideal chemical-free solution to both external and internal structure cleaning. As these systems cause little, if any, harm to the surface they are approved for use by CadW and English Heritage.

We provide cleaning of all types of surfaces, including:

We also use environmentally friendly KIEM Mineral Paint products to paint and re-seal the external surface. They create a durable, sustainable and low-maintenance finish to increase the longevity of the surface of the building.

Eco-friendly Surface Blasting & Cleaning

Designed mainly for use on stone buildings, its ideal for both historic and listed building cleaning and crossing over into the modern, new build markets.  Using super-heated, high temperature steam application of up to 150°C and with low pressure application regulated to no more than 80psi, it is able to remove the likes of moss, algae, fungi and any other bacterial matter without the need for harsh chemicals either during the cleaning process or after for protection.

It can be used for the following:

 Façade cleaning, Paint removal, Chewing gum removal, Graffiti removal, Efflorescence removal, Stain removal (copper and carbon)
