More Building Refurbishment Case Studies

We were approached by Maplin to provide a full refurbishment solution to their flagship store in Swansea. As Giromax and AzkoNobel approved applicators, the scope included a full Seamsil and Delcote application to the whole 1500m² roof, which also included overlap, end lap and gutter coatings prior to the application of 2 coats of Delcote, and the application of SteelSeal to the whole external cladding creating a fresh, as new appearance.

The roof was a particularly difficult project due to the condition of the existing sheets – Giromax themselves said it was one of the worst roofs they had ever seen but praised us here at CABS, when the work was completed, by saying our finish was one of the best.

All the work was carried out without any disruption to the commercial activities of the store
