Retail Unit - Case Study
Following the end of their lease CABS were asked to complete the dilapidations programme on a large retail unit, the previous tenants were responsible to put the unit back to original condition under the terms and conditions of the lease.
We were commissioned to fully redecorate the external envelope, all the cladding was Refurbished using Akzo Nobel Steelseal, the front entrance curtain walling was fully re-sprayed, the roof was in a very poor condition had a complete refurbishment with Giromax Delcote, Seamsill, Delglaze and HPG products, these were applied to all cut edge corrosion, gutter joints and linings, roof lights and all the roof cladding.
The client was so impressed that we were asked to carry out numerous additional works on site including Car park re-lining, Cleaning and steelwork refurbishment
